How much is end of tenancy cleaning in Cambridge?
Prices start from only £85.00. We are proud not only to be competitive but also to display clear, simple prices with no hidden extras.
How long does a tenancy clean take?
This really depends on the size and condition of the property. As an example a typical two bedroom property will take around 4-5 hours to complete.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No, you can book online or by giving us a call. there is no need to pay a deposit at the time of booking.
Do I need to supply cleaning equipment or products?
No, we will supply all of the equipment and products. You simply need to let us in.
Can I book end of tenancy cleaning at short notice in Cambridge?
Yes, subject to availability.
How much notice do you need?
That is always hard to tell. Our best advise is as soon as you know the date required get in contact. We can make sure the date is available and book it in for you.
Do I need to be there whilst you are cleaning?
No, it is entirely up to you whether you want to hang around, go for a coffee or do some shopping in Cambridge whilst we clean. We will call you when we are about 30 minutes from finishing so you can come back and make sure you are happy with everything.
I am still living at the property, can you still clean?
Yes, we can. Although it is important to note that in order to achieve the best possible results the property should be vacant. If you are still living at the property then you would be excluded from our 7 day guarantee.
What if I have already left my Cambridge property?
That is not a problem. We are happy to pick up and drop off keys from agents in Cambridge, landlords, neighbours, etc. Once done we’ll email you photos of the clean along with the invoice so you can simply make a bank transfer.
My Cambridge property is furnished, is that OK?
Yes, if your property is furnished then we will clean this as well. We’ll vacuum inside drawers and wardrobes. Dust surfaces and where possible move furniture to clean behind.
Do you move the furniture?
Yes but only if practical. To ensure we clean everything we will move furniture to clean behind. However it may not always be possible if the furniture is to heavy or unstable.
Do landlords require professional cleaning?
Most landlords and agents will require the property to be cleaned to a professional standard. That is why we always provide a receipt so you can prove the property has been professionally cleaned.
What is your 7 day guarantee?
In the unlikely event that something is missed, we are happy to reattend the property and correct any cleaning issues. All we ask is we are contact within 7 days of the date of the clean.
