No, it is entirely up to you whether you want to hang around or go for a coffee while we clean. We will call you when we are about 30 minutes from finishing so you can come back and make sure you are happy with everything.
My property is furnished, is that OK?
Yes, if your property is furnished then we will clean this as well. We’ll vacuum inside drawers and wardrobes. Dust surfaces and where possible move furniture to clean behind.
When do I make payment?
You pay in full on the day of the clean once the clean is finished.
How much notice do you need?
That is always hard to tell. Our best advise is as soon as you know the date required get in contact. We can make sure the date is available and book it in for you.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes, you will always get a full receipt. It can either be paper or electronic. It will have all of our contact details so you can pass it on to your agent or landlord. If they have any questions they can contact us direct.
What is your 7 day guarantee?
In the unlikely event that something is missed, we are happy to reattend the property and correct any cleaning issues. All we ask is we are contact within 7 days of the date of the clean.
Do I need to supply anything?
No, we will supply all of the equipment and products. You simply need to let us in
What if I have already left the property?
That is not a problem. We are happy to pick up and drop off keys from agents, landlords, neighbours, etc. Once done we’ll email you photos of the clean along with the invoice so you can simply make a bank transfer.
I am still living at the property, can you still clean?
Yes, we can. Although it is important to note that in order to achieve the best possible results the property should be vacant. If you are still living at the property then you would be excluded from our 7 day guarantee.
